Will Trusty transfer my book of business to Connecture?

  • Yes
Is there a cost for Connecture?
 
  • No. Art Jetter & Company will provide a Connecture account at no charge. 
Can I export my book of business?
 
  • You have the option to choose all or specific beneficiaries. After selecting your clients, click the export button. Once you click the export button, a selection window will be displayed. Select the option for ‘BOB (Book of Business).’ Click export. The system will generate a CSV file and display it on the screen.

Can I export pharmacy and medication data?

  • Yes! There are two methods of downloading the beneficiary details – One at a time – from within the beneficiary profile or in bulk from the beneficiary list.
    • To download one at a time, go to the Beneficiary Profile. The beneficiary profile has a button on the top right corner that says ‘Print Beneficiary Details.’ This will create and download the
      beneficiary details to your downloads folder on your computer.
    • To download in bulk, on your beneficiary list view select the recipients you want to export from the list on the left. You can choose all or select specific beneficiaries. After you select your clients, please click the export button. Once you click the export button, a selection window will be displayed. Select the option for ‘Beneficiary Profile Details.’ This will now create a zipped file containing separate PDF files for each selected client. The file will be stored in your downloads folder.

How can I export my beneficiary information?

  • Trusty.care is currently developing functionality to be available early January 2024 to export beneficiary information at the click of a button. Further information will be provided in January 2024.

How can I export my saved SOAs?

  • Trusty.care is currently developing functionality to be available early January 2024 to export your saved SOAs at the click of a button. Further information will be provided in January 2024.

How can I export my saved notes?

  • Trusty.care is currently developing functionality to be available early January 2024 to export your saved notes at the click of a button.  Further information will be provided in January 2024.

How can I export my saved documents?

  • Trusty.care is currently developing functionality to be available early January 2024 to export your saved documents at the click of a button. Further information will be provided in January 2024.

How long will I be able to access Trusty Select Pro?

 

  • You can access Trusty Select Pro for all current functionality, including quoting and enrolling through December 31, 2023.
  • You can access your beneficiary information (beneficiary details, demographic information, notes, and document repository) in Trusty Select Pro through February 29, 2024.
  • Access to Trusty Select Pro will be removed for all users on March 1, 2024.

 

How long will I be able to access the Support Portal/Customer Support?

  • All users will have access to the Customer Support Portal to search the knowledge base and create tickets for support until February 29, 2024.
  • Access to the Customer Support Portal will be removed for all users on March 1, 2024.
Can I continue to use Trusty Select Pro just to store my book of business, knowing that I won’t be able to quote or enroll after 1/1/2024?

  • Access to Trusty Select Pro will be removed for all users on March 1, 2024. If you want to retain that information, you must export your book of business before that time.
What will happen to my RingCentral account?

  • If you are a current subscriber, you will continue to receive service through the end of your paid subscription. You will receive a notice that your subscription is ending 30 days prior to the end of your subscription. You will need to ensure that you download any and all recordings from RingClone before moving off. Once your account is removed, you will no longer be able to access any of the past recordings.
How do I get support for my RingCentral account?
 
  • You will continue to receive support through Trusty.care until the end of your RingCentral subscription. The Customer Support Portal will only be available for RingCentral users with active RingCentral accounts.
How can I access RingCentral outside of Trusty Select Pro?

  • You can access RingCentral through the desktop app HERE, as well as downloading the RingCentral app for your mobile device by visiting the app store.
Is Trusty Select Pro permanently off the market?

  • Trusty.care is transitioning to exclusively offering Trusty Select Pro as a quote and enrollment platform for health plans in the coming year.
Can I export all of my client notes, profile information, medications, pharmacy and doctor information in one file?

  • Yes! Trusty.care is currently developing functionality to be available in early January 2024 to export all your client information at the click of a button. Further directions on this will be distributed in January.
Is Trusty.care selling Trusty Select Pro to Connecture? 
 
  • No, Trusty Select Pro is not being sold to Connecture.
Why did Trusty.care select Connecture as the point of contact to direct customers to?
 
  • Trusty.care recommends Connecture DRX as its preferred partner for a quote and enroll platform. Connecture DRX has been Trusty’s data partner, so this should offer a smooth transition.
How will I know that I can no longer access Trusty Select Pro?
 
  • Access to Trusty Select Pro will no longer be available after February 29, 2024. If you try to log in, you will receive an error message and will not be able to proceed.
